Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is English.
• 8 months or more of Call Center Experience.
• Sales aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• Must already reside in one of the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming communications from customers about telecommunication products requests
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
• Upselling products and services to existing customer base
