The proceeds from our Business Services are reinvested in our charitable mission, which is the delivery of Employment Services to help people in our community enter or re-enter the workforce.

Office Space Rentals

Goodwill provides long term or short-term lease opportunities with hotel office size suites.

  • Our suites are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
  • Leasing fees are “competitive rates” and differentiate depending on square footage
  • We have between 500 and 4000 square feet availability
  • You can have your breakfast and lunch at Stairways Café located in the same building

Building Features and Amenities

  • Our building meets all Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements
  • Our location is 225 King William Street in Downtown Hamilton
  • Walkability to neighbouring businesses and restaurants 
  • Close and easy access to public transit, bike lanes and paths

Meeting Room Rentals

Goodwill has three boardroom-sized meeting rooms available for rent in our iconic building at 225 King William Street in Downtown Hamilton. On-site catering is also available through Stairways Café & Catering. Our building meets all AODA accessibility requirements.

Rental fees are CAD $129 for a full day or $79 for a half day (plus tax).

Shredding Services

We accept folders and documents; however, we cannot accept large books, binders or anything with metal paperclips.

Services and Products


You can pick from regularly scheduled services (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months and every 3 months) or our OnDemand service.

You have a choice of two container types: Console or our small footprint Shredinator. Both are lockable and secure.

Local pick-up is included in the price for ongoing services. Call or email us for details and current pricing.


If you need your shredding done every so often, you can select our bulk shredding service by the box.

Drop off or have us pick your shredding up….your choice!

You can drop your shredding off at our 225 King William, Hamilton location between 10:00am-2:00pm Monday to Friday. An appointment is not necessary! If you prefer we provide a local pick-up service. Call or email us for details and current pricing.

Recycled Bags of Rags

When items such as clean t-shirts and towels do not sell in our stores, making them into rags is another way we reuse and recycle community donations. The rags are ideal for cleaning, car washes, furniture manufacturing, and similar activities.
