Required Qualifications:

Key Skill Requirements:

• Excellent hand eye coordination
• Willingness and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent fine manual dexterity is required

Key Education Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Metal working industry knowledge of welding and grinding is an asset
• Experience grinding and prepping parts is an asset
• Experience with air tools is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Mainly responsible for taping, grit blasting and cleaning of parts
• Support manufacturing by performing a variety of tasks such as using air tools and coating spray support

Additional Details:

The role of General Shop Labour reports to the Manufacturing Manager. We have one (1) position available on our day shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm) and one (1) position available on our 3rd shift (Sunday to Friday, 11:00pm – 7:00am).
