Required Qualifications:
Should know the products of the LCBO and Beer store items
Knowledge of the City Streets of Hamilton
Be able to set up the runs for the drivers if needed
Excellent customer service
Need to know the imperial system and metric sytem would be an asset

Key Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner
Knowledge of the city of Hamilton’s streets
Have access to a computer or GPS if needed
Knowledge of the city of Hamilton’s streets

Additional Details:
You will need to come to the office to pick up the equipment before and after your shifts starts as I don’t drive and work out of a home office as well. Location is downtown Hamilton.
