Required Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:
. Over three years of relevant management & Taxation experience
. 4+ total years of public accounting experience
. CPA license/Designation.

Other skills and abilities:
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and organized.
. Professional image and positive attitude
. Team player that wants their voice heard and is receptive to constructive feedback.
. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to work in a paperless environment

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced accounting and tax preparer/job manager who is motivated
to learn and grow professionally within our organization, clients include business entities and
the individual owners. The size of the businesses range from annual revenue of $100K to over
$2M.

Essential functions:
. Partnership, corporate, and individual income tax return preparation.
. Tax and financial planning and consulting
. Other tax return preparation and review as needed, including sales tax, (GST/HST)
returns.
. Preparation and review of financial statements; primarily compilations and prepared financial statement.
. Supervise, train and mentor staff.
. Manage projects, due dates and interact regularly with clients.
. Work as part of a service team within the firm.
