High school diploma or GED; 5 years’ business to business sales.
Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major.
Valid passport is required to attend trade shows in the United States.
Large group sales experience is an asset.
Experience in C Suite Presentation is an asset.
Immaculate written and spoken English.
The drive to achieve and lead others to excel.
Must be proficient in: B to B sales, with a tenacious attitude and hunter mentality
Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, online presentations and trade show exhibits.
Develop and maintain documentation of sales records, sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries/issues in a timely manner.
Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
Present written plan for onboarding self-storage operators and management companies to the executive team.
Develop written weekly sales goals based on the monthly goal.
Collaborate with the team on improving scripts and sales presentations.
Attend self-storage conventions and trade shows.
