Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; and a team player
• Enjoy working with and building relationships with clients to provide the best solution and service. A customers are number one attitude, because without them there is no business.
• Ability to allocate one’s time effectively, ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems; ability to take decisive action
• Intermediate to advance skills in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs
• Education – College or University with a background in accounting, inventory control, purchasing, administration
• Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
• Experience in client customer service in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in the packaging industry would be a great asset

Additional Details:

Canadian owned company that specializes in the manufacturing and the marketing of steel strapping, plastic strapping, nylon strapping, strapping tools, seals, corner edge protection, edge board, stretch wrap/film and accessories to meet the needs of their growing North American clients.
They are looking to add a Customer Service Co-ordinator to their team. This hybrid role is a very important cog in the wheel for management, the sales team and most importantly their clients. If you are an independent team player that thrives in a sales and office administration role where both the role and your responsibility will grow over time, then this may be your new home.
