Required Qualifications:

Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk environment
· Experience with all variations of Windows, MAC and Mobile OS
· Thorough understanding of IP networking
· Outstanding people skills and customer service skills orientation
· Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, high visibility-high stress situations
· Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
· Excellent research skills

Additional Information
· You will be required to own a reliable vehicle as this is a Monday-Friday in-office position
· Corporate hours are 8:30am-5pm and you will be required to be on-call

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position has extensive experience in a helpdesk environment providing mentoring and hands-on support for all things IT including desktop, mobile and network devices. You will be responsible for providing all levels of support to our end-users, mentor other members of the team, manage the queue and help with onboarding/training as needed.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
· Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by end-users
· Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals
· Diagnosing and supporting all client applications
· Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment
· Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)
· Repairing and/or coordinating repair of hardware devices
· Creating documentation and/or revising training manuals
· Maintaining asset tracking
· Manage the ticket system such as assigning/following-up tickets and creating management reporting
· Mentoring other members of the Helpdesk team
· Assuming additional responsibilities and completing special projects as needed or directed.
