Required Qualifications:
• at least 1-year of customer service or call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to connect with our customers, and provide them with top-notch service while promoting the products and
services offered by the business
• The technical skills to navigate multiple online platforms simultaneously
• Experience using Microsoft Tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Office 365
• The ability to work from home in a dedicated, quiet space, free from distraction
• A USB Headset with microphone or willingness to purchase one
• An available modem to connect directly via ethernet cable
• The availability to work a full-time, 40-hour work week during the business hours of 7am -11pm EST.
Our programs will require the candidate to have the following, unless otherwise noted:
• Computer or Laptop running Windows 10 or 11, with a minimum 8 GB of available RAM, Minimum i3 processor (CPU)
(we are NOT compatible with MacBook, Chromebook, or Tablets)
• Hi-Speed Internet connection running a minimum of 30mbps download and 8mpbs upload speeds, with the ability to connect directly to the modem with an ethernet cable – they will need to pass validation after their initial interview, link will be provided
• USB Headset with microphone
• Built-in or External Webcam for training only*
• Dual monitors are not required but are nice to have!
