Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service while fostering a positive work environment.
Manage inventory, including food preparation and handling, to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
Oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards.
Implement effective team management strategies to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
