Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Proficiency in using POS systems for order management and financial tracking.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting.
Lead recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and hiring qualified staff.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.
Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
