Required Qualifications:
You hold a MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
Can provide proof of registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing, or in process of registration as a new grad.
Experience in a health care setting, and ideally in the community
Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.)
Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

Develop individualized treatment plans with the client
Provide treatment to clients in the clinic, their community, home or workplace
Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
