Who Are We Looking For?
Neptune Technology Group Limited is currently searching for an energetic, dedicated, and self-reliant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The FP&A Administrator is responsible for reporting to the lead financial analyst. This position supports the delivery of Neptune’s monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, period-end and business-analysis functions. Additionally, supports with the budgeting process for new/existing projects and creates financial reports for review by key stakeholders. Applicants should be interested in building solid internal and external relationships, and regularly collaborating with other finance/non-finance team members. This is a junior-level position where successful incumbents can make significant contributions and gain valuable experience

Requirements:
⦁ 0-2 years of related experience
⦁ Active or completed enrollment in a College Level Program at a minimum
⦁ Finance-related degree
⦁ CPA qualified or in progress
⦁ SAP/ERP experience an asset

⦁ Demonstrated ability to produce and present financial data
⦁ Proven team player with ability to collaborate within a fast-paced environment
⦁ Ability to meet deadlines and targets with minimal supervision
⦁ Strong Organization and Task prioritization skills
⦁ Excellent knowledge Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Job Duties:
-Prepare and analyze all monthly reporting output: including revenue and margin analysis, management packs, communications deck and departmental/corporate KPI’s within specified timelines.
-Support the development of departmental and Corporate KPI’s as required.
-Maintenance of project backlog files and PET (Profitability Enhancement Tool) and using it to produce reports reflecting on yearly trends.
-Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting files, in collaboration with senior management. Prepare Briefing slides for presentation to Neptune US.
-Ownership of SG&A analysis, budget/forecasting, and business relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
-Support Lead Financial Analyst in all aspects of operational project budgeting, including (but not limited to) attendance in bid strategy meetings, initial cross-functional budget preparations, and production of appropriate comparative data as required.
-Preparation of specified journal entries and other adjustments in accordance with the period end procedure listing.
-Provision of ad-hoc support to the Accounting and Controls team as required (varies depending on current forecast requirements)
-Backup for project approvals by auditing pricing and contract terms.
-Other duties as assigned.
