Required Qualifications:
• +3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching
• Working knowledge of transportation procedures and fleet dispatching
• Valid forklift certification or proven experience operating a forklift
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on logistics environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with dispatch or logistics software is an asset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign trucks and create dispatch schedules based on delivery requirements
• Communicate daily with drivers to provide instructions and updates
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with clients and respond to any changes or concerns
• Track and monitor shipment progress and vehicle locations
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, driver hours, and delivery documentation
• Operate forklift to assist with loading/unloading when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure operational flow
• Support in resolving delivery or routing issues as they arise
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager
