Required Qualifications:

A suitable candidate for this role would possess at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role related to customer facing, data entry, account management, or retail operations. Depending on the flexibility and nature of the employer’s line of work, this could also be a “no experience required” role. The candidate should possess at a minimum a high-school diploma or equivalent, or a college certification or diploma in Business Administration, and an intermediate knowledge of computers including the Microsoft Office Suite of programs in addition to any other third-party software utilized by the employer and outlined in the job posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall Customer Service Representatives are the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, including complaints, billing, and queries regarding products and services. They may also engage in office administrative duties such as setting appointments, processing customer requests in accordance with company policies and procedures and creating schedules for work crews.
• Monitor email and phone line in order to be the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Screen/qualify all incoming sales leads using designated criteria.
• Record all incoming sales leads using CRM platform.
• Schedule all qualified leads into Sales Representative’s schedule.
• Assist Sales Representative by scheduling and confirming customer appointments
• Assist with scheduling locates with Ontario One Call as needed.•
Other duties as assigned
