Required Qualifications:

• Relevant office administrative-related experience is essential (2+ years)
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is an asset
• Previous experience with HubSpot CRM is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Highly organized individual able to prioritize tasks with minimal to no supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Motivated team player and able to coordinate with fellow colleagues
• Excel at time management

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Preparing and editing reports and maintaining databases and filing systems
• Oversee customer collections and assist in payroll commissions
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Oversee the onboarding of new staff, send out relevant memos on behalf of management
• Research new deals and suppliers
• Act as the point of contact between our internal teams
• Assist in customer service-related issues, as required
• Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
• Provide support to logistics team if needed by entering PO’s or other duties as assigned
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
