Required Qualifications:

leadership: 3 years (preferred)
retail: 5 years (preferred)
Retail Management: 3 years (preferred)
DCS / DEC (preferred)
Your strong, hands-on leadership abilities will ensure your success in running a fast paced retail store in an environment that promotes a team atmosphere.

Some other skills you possess are organization, time management, planning, delegation, follow-up, positive human resource management, merchandising, and providing a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for our customers and employment experience for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing of store, cash management, loss prevention, provide positive leadership to store team, effective merchandising, decision making, hiring, training, and discipline of store team members, ordering of goods, ensuring proper pricing of merchandise, inventory management and control

Additional Details:

As a Len’s Store Manager, you are to provide a positive and upbeat environment for the store team. You must be an effective leader when it comes to change management in your store. You must be able to deal effectively with an evolving line of product to make timely and appropriate merchandising decisions. Being a highly motivated self-starter is a must.
