Required Qualifications:

Have a background in construction, architecture, or commercial real estate – Are a retired PM or estimator looking to stay active through relationship-driven work – Run your own consultancy and want to cross-sell restoration work for additional income – Are a newcomer with an international network and a Canadian hustle mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
– Identify and pursue opportunities with general contractors, architects, property managers, building owners, and developers – Build a strong personal pipeline through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry events – Develop referral channels with real estate agents, condo boards, and facility managers – Present Kairos Hills’ restoration and surface treatment services to clients with confidence and clarity

Client Engagement & Closing
– Schedule and lead client meetings, site walkthroughs, and proposal presentations – Collaborate with the Estimating and Project Coordination teams to deliver timely, accurate proposals – Follow up on estimates and negotiate scopes to secure contracts – Track all opportunities, follow-ups, and activities in the company’s CRM
