Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operation of business Monday to Friday
Manage all aspects of the office, including administrative support, payroll, job costing and budgeting
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports (general ledger/monthly)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and work with accountant to file tax returns
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations
Answering phone lines and booking appointment in HVAC program
General knowledge of social media marketing
