Required Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 2 years in customer service, preferably in healthcare or e-commerce.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Experience using customer service software, email platforms, order management systems, EMR, CRM, and pharmacy management systems.
Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous.

Assist customers with product information, order placements, and account management.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
