Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as well as Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Positive attitude; reliable & willing to help others
Team player, flexible and problem solver

Manage internal databases, generate reports, and update records with high accuracy
Handle basic accounting functions including invoicing and payments
Collaborate with the team to support various administrative tasks and maintain smooth operations
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members
Assist in the management of maintenance-related projects and tasks as needed
