Required Qualifications:

• Service with a smile – Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork – Able to work with minimal supervision, yet contribute as part of a team.
• Be self-motivated with energy and enthusiasm.
• High School Diploma or working towards.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, do some climbing, bending and carrying.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in the Donation Centre providing excellent customer service.
• Greeting and assisting donation customers in-store or at curb-side to accept donations.
• Accept, organize and sort incoming donations effectively and efficiently.
• Inspect and separate donations according to Goodwill donation sorting guidelines.
• Assist production and sales staff in organizing and distributing stock to retail stores.
• Work safely while meeting donor objectives on a daily basis.
• Perform general cleaning duties in store and other duties as assigned.
