As a Store Supervisor, you provide by-shift sales floor supervision and support to the Store Manager in all aspects of the store retail operations. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and training to sales staff, while ensuring standard operating procedures are executed to maximize revenues while appropriately controlling expenses.

WHAT OUR STORE SUPERVISORS DO:
• Lead-by-example in providing excellent customer service, while coaching and guiding all staff on delivering same.
• Through task assignments and follow-up, ensure the stocking, and rotation of product and general merchandising follows applicable operational guidelines.
• Coordinates with the Production Supervisor to ensure efficiency of efforts in workflow between the donor-door, production teams, and retail.
• Provide input, feedback, and recommendations to the Store Manager on process improvements, revenue opportunities, and expense control.
• Assist in the execution of merchandise displays, promotions, or other operational initiatives.
• Assist the Store Manager in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all staff and volunteers.
• Assist and participate with the Store Manager in ensuring that new employees are properly trained for jobs and assigned tasks.

THE DETAILS:
• This is a full-time position with 32 to 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.
