Required Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-directed, flexible, organized, able to work effectively as a team member.
• Must be willing to complete a criminal reference check
• Must be willing to follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Flexibility in scheduling availability for a retail business that is open 7-days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sales floor service and assistance to retail customers as required.
• Provide cashier assistance.
• Stock shelves and store racking in accordance with store merchandising plan.
• Participate in organizing backroom stock in preparation for sales floor.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Assist production team in processing goods in the donation centre
