✓ Post-secondary degree, diploma, or recognized certificate in office management or an administrative discipline, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
✓ Minimum 5 to 8 years of related experience in office management, administrative, or assistant experience.
✓ Must be customer oriented, self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Working closely with all members of the team, you will coordinate and execute a variety of main office administrative functions to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. You will provide administrative support to the President & CEO and governance administration for the volunteer Board of Directors.
Success in this position will be achieved through the delivery of exceptional support and service to internal and external clients. Deliverables include but are not limited to:
✓ Arrange and attend all quarterly Board meetings and periodic Board Development meetings coordinating the schedule and all particulars related to the agenda, take minutes during the meeting, and upload finalized meeting minutes.
✓ Maintain and update all required uploads to Goodwill Industries International (GII) website, monitoring compliance with membership standards and reporting on any non-compliance issues.
✓ Coordinate and maintain all changes to intranet site including policies, forms, directories etc.
✓ Work with the Data & Program Specialist to ensure compliance with the CARF accreditation, leading the process and activities, as well as executing all administrative requirements.
✓ Ensure all files and documentation meet any regulatory requirements in terms of organization, archiving, retention, and destruction, includes corporate, Employment Services and, HR.
✓ Arrange and coordinate activities related to scheduled and ad-hoc staff meeting, events, roundtables, town-halls, and volunteer recognition etc.
✓ Arrange and attend Leadership Forum Meetings, preparing and distributing agenda, taking minutes, and coordinating any required materials and particulars.
✓ Arrange and attend Senior Leadership meetings, and provide administrative assistance to the President & CEO, and SLT members as required.
✓ Liaise with various office suppliers related to office equipment and supplies, such as the photocopier, water fountain, and supply orders. Execute general office administrative activities such as in-coming/out-going Post/courier, location mail drop-off distribution, Business card ordering, office and first aid supply ordering for all locations etc.
• This position has a competitive hourly wage rate with a benefits package including dental, vision care, Employee Assistance Program, and pension plan eligibility.
