Required Qualifications:
Education:
Secondary School (required)
Experience:
Roofing: 4 years (required)
Siding: 4 years (required)
Key Responsibilities:
Repair technician for roofing, siding, soffits, fascia, windows, doors, & skylights on residential houses
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with excellent customer service
Work with existing production team daily to determine priorities
Plan, execute, and manage repairs from start to finish
Help determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each repair
Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available as needed throughout each repair
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Communicate daily check-ins with production managers
Meet with homeowners before repair to go over work order and confirm scope of work
Final walk-around with customers after repair completion to ensure project meets our company standards of excellence.

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
