Key Responsibilities:
Install windows & doors on residential houses
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Work with existing production team daily to determine priorities
Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
Help determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required for each project
Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
Determine and allocate resources to ensure that they are available as needed throughout each project
Ensure quantity take-offs from estimators are accurate
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Communicate daily check-ins with production managers to ensure all required materials and equipment are on site
Meet with homeowners before project start date to go over work order and confirm scope of work
Final walk-around with customers after project completion to ensure project meets our company standards of excellence.
