Required Qualifications:

Previous role is preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to drive trucks and trailers

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, digging, and moving equipment.
Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety updates.

Were looking for an individuals who is comfortable running our weekly lawn care routes as well as individuals to assist with interlock, retaining walls, sod, mulch, gardening and planting and various other jobs.
I would be great if you have experience operating a pickup truck and pulling a trailer.
To be able to do this, you must:
– Effectively be able to hook up and un hook a trailer
-Ensure you know how to use trailer breaks
– Ensure you know all safety procedures when driving a trailer
– G license
