Job Position: Resident Relations Administrator

Required Qualifications:

-Professional experience in property management, legal, or real estate field considered an asset
-Previous experience with the Residential Tenancy Act considered an asset
-Background in accounting and administration considered a strong asset
-Proven conflict resolution experience
-Contact Centre experience considered an asset
-Must have excellent computer skills (emails, software, etc.)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and collaboratively work with region Team Members
-Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
-Proficiency with Yardi (or similar property management software)
-Proficiency with MS Office
-Bilingualism not required but considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Resident Relations Administrator (RRA) is responsible for communicating with Residents in a timely and professional manner. As the main point of contact to the Residents, the Resident Relations Administrator provides exemptional customer service to all residents in their portfolio while answering a high volume of emails and phone calls.

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
-Leasing preparation and signing
-Processing of residential leasing applications
-Administration and collection of tenant account receivables and reconciliation of resident accounts
-Preparing correspondence as necessary
-Creating and maintaining resident files
-Maintaining documentation and resident files in a complete and timely manner
-Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned
