Job Position: Office Administrator

Required Qualifications:

– Previous administrative experience is not necessary but preferred
– Working knowledge of Windows (office, word, excel, outlook)
– Good interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of QuickBooks (asset)
– Basic accounting knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

– part time position, with the flexibility to work additional hours, as required
– Process invoices for payment
– Input payables and receivables into accounting program
– Assist Office Manager and sales staff as required
– Answer phone/email inquiries and return messages
– Day-to-day administrative functions, such as maintaining customer files, distribution of mail, order supplies, materials etc.
